Abstract
The book De la cárcel al hospital. Una historia de la psiquiatría en la Argentina de entreguerra (Rosario 1920-1944), published in 2023, is the result of extensive research by José Ignacio Allevi. The author aims to explore the transformations of psychiatry in the city of Rosario during a period characterised by significant changes at the disciplinary, social, and political levels.
